Assistant – Graphic Designer

Grade: B1/2 (according to experience)

Salary: between €3 226 (B1) and 3 676 (B2) per month (gross)

Location: Strasbourg (France)

Temporary contract (max 1 year)

Do you have a bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia or 3 years of experience in graphic design and audiovisual production? Do you have experience working with Adobe Creative Suite and other platforms such as Canva, Figma, Liferay and experience with podcast production and AV equipment? Do you have the interpersonal skills required to work collaboratively with a diverse team?

As a Graphic Designer, you will assist in the wider roll-out of EDQM’s visual identity in 2025, including the introduction of a new PowerPoint template, will provide necessary support to staff for its successful adoption. You will work directly with scientific staff to understand project requirements and create visually compelling materials that align with our visual identity, enhance the visual aspects of our communications and improve visualisation services provided to internal clients. You will also ensure continuity in EDQM podcast production, maintaining high-quality standards and contextual awareness and produce internal communication AV products and assist in minimizing the administrative burden related to external video production.
