Newsletter Transplant
The Newsletter Transplant is an annual publication presenting international figures on organ, tissue and hematopoietic stem cell donation and transplantation activities, the management of waiting lists and authorised transplant centres. Produced by the European Committee on Organ Transplantation (CD-P-TO) in close co-ordination with the Spanish Organización Nacional de Trasplantes (ONT) since 1996, this publication has become an international reference in the field of substances of human origin (SoHO). It enables the monitoring of practices in SoHO donation and transplantation and is an essential tool for transparency and international benchmarking.
This initiative allows the CD-P-TO to share information on donation and transplantation activities in member states of the Council of Europe – and beyond – and to present some of the projects developed by this committee, as well as other documents of relevance to the field.
The Newsletter Transplant can be downloaded for free from FreePub, the EDQM’s free publications website, and free printed copies are available upon request from the EDQM WebStore.
All the editions of the Newsletter Transplant since 2009 are available for free online.
