New-format order confirmation for reference standards and publications

The European Directorate for the Quality of Medicines & HealthCare (EDQM) has updated its order confirmations to make them easier to read, including clearly identifying:

  • the estimated shipping date for each product;
  • any information the EDQM needs from you in order to ship your order;
  • if your order will to be split into different shipments (this will depend on the availability and the type of products able to be shipped together);
  • the delivery term (door-to-door or to the airport only).

The EDQM will start sending its new-format order confirmations for both reference standards and publications orders as from 15 December 2021.
